Pricing is calculated in the app based on the size and volume of your items and the distance between pick-up and drop-off. Your exact price is always shown before you confirm — no hidden fees, no surprises.
How Pricing Works
There are no fixed price lists. Every booking is priced individually based on three key factors:
Size & Volume
The size and number of items being moved affects the price. A single small item will cost less than a full van load.
Distance
The distance between the pick-up and drop-off location is calculated automatically when you enter your addresses in the app.
Booking Type
Whether you book Items Moving, Van by Hour or Van by Day will determine how your price is calculated. Choose the option that best fits your move.
Shown Before You Confirm
Your full price is displayed clearly in the app before you confirm your booking. No hidden fees, no surprises — what you see is what you pay. Prices include VAT, and any charges for stairs or lifts are shown in your quote. Items Moving has a minimum order of €70.

Items Moving
Ideal for single items or small loads. Price is calculated based on the type and size of the item and the distance between pick-up and drop-off.

Perfect for flexible moves with multiple stops or when you are unsure how long the job will take. Book the hours you need and add more time in the app if the job runs over.

Van by Day
Best for large moves, full house relocations, or businesses needing a van for the full working day.

- Full house or apartment moves
- Large business deliveries
- All-day commercial use
