Requirements

A company or self-employed registration in Malta, with VAT and registration numbers
A business bank account (IBAN) for payouts
For each van: logbook, commercial vehicle insurance and VRT certificate, plus five photos
For each driver: a valid driving licence (Category B or higher), ID, proof of address, right to work and police conduct certificate
A smartphone with internet access for every driver
Professional, courteous service and help with loading and unloading

How It Works

1. Download the TheVanApp Driver app and sign in with your mobile number
2. Choose “I have my own van(s)” and add your company details
3. Add your vans and their documents, then add your drivers
4. Send it for review. We check everything and let you know
5. Once approved, your vans go live and your drivers can take jobs. Manage it all from My Fleet

Please note: Operators are responsible for their vans and drivers following TheVanApp’s Driver Partner Service Rules and Code of Conduct. Vans must stay roadworthy and insured; a van with an expired document is taken off the road until it is updated.
