Every booking includes the driver and one helper, and you can add extra helpers when you book. If the job runs over, extend the time in the app as you go.

What is the minimum booking?

What if the job runs over?
Extend the time in the app as you go. The extra time is paid in the app.
Can I make several stops?
Yes. Multiple stops are included in Van by Hour.
Can I add more helpers?
Yes. Every booking includes the driver and one helper, and you can add extra helpers when you book.
Can I book for today?
Yes. Choose Book now and we look for a driver straight away, often the same day. Or schedule a date and time.
Do you also provide lifting and permits?
Yes. If an item can’t go up the stairs or in the lift, we also provide external lifting through a window or balcony, and we handle the council permit application for you. See lifting and permits.
